- The AESOP group is delighted to welcome Dr Giuliano Casale as a Junior Research Fellow to the group.

- Giuliano joins us from SAP Research, Belfast where he held an industrial research position. He has held previous positions at the College of William and Mary, UCLA and Milan.

- His research interests include: Quantitative evaluation of computer systems and networks; Performance modelling: capacity planning, queueing, burstiness, demand estimation; and Simulation tools, workload characterization, cost-performance optimization.

- The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) programme is a prestige fellowship run by Imperial College and offered to only a few very talented researchers every year from any science or engineering discipline.
